MANDATORY PLAYER EVALUATIONS

  • In order to build teams with evenly distributed skill levels, every child is required to attend a player evaluation. Player evaluations are a series of drills designed to measure a player’s ability. Players are scored and those scores are used for team assignments. Evaluations are not tryouts and every player that attends evaluations will be assigned a team.

  • Evaluations will be held on Augst 31 and September 1 any time between 4pm and 6pm. Choose the day that best works for you and your family. You do not have to attend both evaluation days - just one!

  • Evaluations typically take no longer than 20 minutes per player.

OTHER FAQ’s

+ Can my child be on the same team as his friends?

We cannot put a group of friends all on the same team. We do evaluations so that each team can have a variety of skill levels. We believe it is important for children to meet new friends and for parents to meet new friends too!

+ What if we can't practice on certain nights?

Due to the structure of our practice schedule, we cannot take practice night requests.

+ What if my child cannot attend evaluations?

Evaluations are REQUIRED this year! Please plan to attend one of the two available evaluation days. Without an evaluation score, we cannot place a child on a team.

+ Does my child have to attend both evaluation nights?

No, only one evaluation is required per player. Keep in mind, evaluations typically only take 20-30 minutes per player, not the full two hours.

+ What if I ordered the wrong size uniform?

Uniform sizes need to be carefully chosen. Reorders will cost $13 for shirts and $10 for shorts.

+ If I coach, will my child be on my team?

Yes! However, we can only take ONE player request per team. Please keep this in mind when picking an Assistant Coach.
