*Each year, we are restricted to having a maximum of five active ministry partners. As of August 2023, all of our partner positions have been filled. Don’t fret though! Partnerships undergo a yearly review and renewal process. January 2024 will be the next time we begin our onboarding process.
Steps to becoming a partner
The journey to becoming a 5220 Ministry Partner starts with an initial inquiry. Once you express interest, our 5220 Leadership will guide you through the following steps:
Application and Agreement: We'll provide you with an Application and Agreement Form. This form, submitted via a Wufoo link, initiates the partnership process. The Agreement will be emailed as a PDF attachment. Application submission must be made a minimum of 90 days in advance.
Initial Interview: If your qualifications align, we'll arrange an initial interview with 5220 Leadership. During this interview, we'll discuss various aspects, including clarifications from your application, the Partner Agreement Form, the Prospective Partner Checklist, and our Ministry Safe Program.
Internal Review: Following the interview, our Leadership will conduct an internal review to determine whether the partnership should proceed.
Candidate Contact: You'll be contacted by a member of our Leadership Team to discuss the decision and, if approved, to schedule an orientation and official start date.
Partner Commitments
As a 5220 Ministry Partner, you'll commit to embracing our Mission, Vision, and Values. You'll work alongside us to achieve our goals:
Mission: Equipping every generation to leverage their influence and lead others to Christ.
Vision: Over the next 5 years, we will mobilize our entire church family to “Love the Hub” city by building relationships with the people God places into our lives and inviting them to take their next steps towards Jesus. We will do this by serving 50k hours, baptizing 1000 people, and investing 2 million dollars into our local communities, while at the same time exalting Jesus, equipping all, and empowering the next generation to be the church.

Partner AGREEMENT
The Partner Agreement Form is a vital document that spells out what both partners and 5220 agree to. This form makes sure everyone is on the same page about our goals, values, and how we work together.
This form solidifies the partnership, highlighting alignment with our Mission, Vision, and Values. It affirms partners' dedication to growing in faith, adhering to beliefs, actively engaging in ministry, embracing stewardship, and maintaining accountability.
